How TrueFrame Works

Film identifies the response. FRAME trains it.

Mental performance coaching that connects real competition, practical reset routines, and observable development. Every step is designed to help athletes in any sport build a practiced response to mistakes, pressure, and adversity.

Our Performance Loop

Five steps from challenge to change.

We don't rely on motivation alone. We practice specific behaviors, put them to work, and return to film for feedback.

1. Baseline

Talk through the athlete's goals, confidence patterns, response to mistakes, and situations where performance changes.

2. Review Film

Identify observable hesitation, composure, communication, decisions, and what happens immediately after adversity.

3. Train the Response

Practice a reset cue, attention anchor, and the next committed action in situations relevant to the athlete's sport.

4. Apply in Competition

Use those tools in practices and games, especially following mistakes, role changes, or high-pressure moments.

5. Verify and Adjust

Return to film and coach observations to track whether the target behaviors are improving, then refine the plan.

FRAME Reset Method

A routine athletes can use during the game.

The goal is not to avoid mistakes. It is to build a repeatable next-play response.

F — Find It

Recognize what happened without staying stuck in it.

R — Reset

Interrupt frustration or unhelpful thinking.

A — Anchor

Return attention to a breath, word, cue, or assignment the athlete controls.

M — Move

Re-engage physically and mentally in the next moment.

E — Execute

Commit to the next decision and action.

For Teams, Schools and Clubs

Own the Moment: Mental Performance Workshops

A hands-on, 45–60-minute workshop designed to help athletes practice what to do after a mistake, a momentum swing, a tough call, or a change in role. We turn the FRAME reset method into a next-play routine— not just a motivational speech.

  • 45–60-minute introductory format
  • Multi-sport and sport-specific scenarios
  • High school, college and club teams
  • Works alongside existing support staff

What happens during the workshop

0–10 MIN

Identify the pressure moment

Connect real situations—missed assignments, costly errors, frustration and role changes— to the next response.

10–25 MIN

Learn the FRAME reset

Find It, Reset, Anchor, Move, Execute. Build a short cue athletes can use without stopping play.

25–45 MIN

Rehearse under pressure

Apply the response in sport-specific scenarios, including communication and next-play decision-making.

45–60 MIN

Create a next-play plan

Choose a personal reset cue and agree on language coaches can reinforce in practice.

What your program can take away

  • A repeatable reset routine for mistakes and setbacks
  • A personal next-action cue athletes can practice
  • Shared language to support team composure and communication
  • A starting point for follow-up coaching or a longer program

Built around your team. We discuss your sport, roster, current resources and pressure moments before finalizing the session. Film can support the workshop when available, but is not required.
